Exchange and Return Policy
This Exchange and Refund policy is effective from January 22, 2023.

At StatXperts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Although returns and refunds for big data analysis and AI development services may not be accepted, exceptions can be made at our discretion. As for our statistical services, we do offer refunds with deductions for transfer fees, payment fees, and a cancellation fee, which is a percentage of the total service amount, calculated based on the progress of the work performed as outlined in Table 1.
Should you wish to request a refund, please kindly send us an email at Sales@StatXperts.com. We will make every effort to process your request in a timely manner and issue a refund to the original method of payment within 45 days of receipt.
For requests of reimbursement or exchange, kindly note that a 15-day window from the date of submitting your service request applies. Beyond this time frame, we will not be able to process your request. Should you wish to replace the delivered file, it will be considered a return of the service, thereby subject to all applicable return policies, including cancellation fees.
